Juices and smoothies
Incredibly beneficial in health and healing, juices and smoothies clear out toxins and provide a concentrated amount of nutrients to help re-balance your body systems, improve immunity, rejuvenate skin, and much more.
Juices and smoothies also promote weight management, boost your immune system and increases your energy by supporting your body with nutrients and naturally balancing pH levels combined with our yoga classes.
We love making juices and smoothies – cold pressed fruit and vegetables that retain nutrients, ‘clean and green’ nutrient packed green juices, smoothies, shots and long drinks including ingredients such as apple, kiwi, avocado, banana, melon, coconut, mango, pineapple, grapes, pear, lemon, lime, courgette, peas, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, lettuce, wheat grasses, broccoli, parsley, mint, rocket, fennel, ginger, garlic, rosemary, coriander, almond milk, yogurt and many more unusual ingredients. Follow one of our recipes or experiment with your choice of ingredients producing a cocktail to suit your tastes!
Our cold pressing process extracts the nutrient rich elements directly from the pulp keeping the nutrients and enzymes intact, instead of grinding and creating destructive heat as in a conventional electric blender which causes the fruit and vegetables to oxidize and degrade.
Overnight Oats Breakfast Jars
Overnight oats are an easy, quick, healthy, filling and nutritious make-ahead breakfast or snack in a jar solution ideal and convenient for people on the go.
Overnight oats are oats that are left to soak overnight instead of cooked in the morning, the secret is using healthy and tasty ingredients in the right proportions, such as dairy milk or non-dairy milk like oat milk, soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk, yogurt, textural and tasty toppings like nuts, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flax seeds, fresh fruit or dried fruit.
We will show you how to create this convenient life hack in a jar, you will choose your own ingredients, make a jar and get to try it as a pre-breakfast snack in the morning – if you can wait that long!
Sushi
Most people know what Japanese sushi is and many have tasted these absolutely delicious delicacies but few people ever make their own. You will be shown the traditional technique of making the rolls by hand with a bamboo rolling mat, using nori paper [seaweed sheets], genuine sushi rice with a variety of fillings and decorations, such as avocado, prawns, smoked salmon, etc. You will show you how to make very tasty dips for the sushi rolls and you can experiment yourself and create your own sushi. We will also show you how to use the latest time saving sushi ‘bazooka’ and ‘rice cube’ which make producing sushi so much easier and quicker than hand rolling using a bamboo mat. At the end of this hands-on workshop all the sushi will be shared as a buffet!
